How close can I safely mount a Garmin long range antenna from an unamplified CB antenna?

I don't think CB frequencies are anywhere near garmin frequencies so I don't think you'll have a problem.

Not to hijack your post. But what about interference between telemetry antenna and long range antenna for alpha? I have both on top of my truck and have always wondered.

You could run an amplified CB Radio and not affect your Garmin the frequency is over a hundred megahertz off. As far as the Telemetry antenna and a Garmin antenna no interference because they're both receiving not transmitting you'd be fine. As far as radio reception plane you want to try to put a couple feet between your antennas for better overall reception
