There are some around Roseburg but a lot more the closer you get to California .

Hey Brain

Hope you and your family had a great Christmas and off to a good start to the new New Year!

Close to mid State where I call home on the west side we have a growing population, unfortunately most are in close proximity to homes...Like Robin mentioned, gray fox expand the farther south you go towards California, beginning about Douglas County. Lane County has some isolated hunting pockets if you know where to go...I love running them but hard to justify driving 200 miles to hunt them..... The upside is the farther south you drive the better the hunting. I found it rather interesting, gray fox appear to like the farm lands best but also discovered they are all over the 2-4 thousand foot elevations in the Siskiyou mountain range just north of the California State line.

Take care!
