we have been on strike for about 2 weeks now,the reason is our contract is up and we are fighting for benifits after we retire as the staff gets them and we do not have a pension,so we are wanting a little more cotributed to our rrsp's from the company,does that make sense?

Yes to some extent , BUT WHO promised you guys there would be a Pension after your Working Years ? You all need to take care of your own futures .
