Kelly Bragg was a well known and well respected West Virginia bluetick breeder from the 1950's, 60's and 70's and probably earlier. From what I've read he had a lot of the best of Elbert Vaughn's blood in his dogs. He produced lots and lots of dogs and shipped them all over the US and Canada. Some of the names of his dogs were; West Virginia Blue, Bill the Barber, Frederick the Great, Miss America, among many others. Kelly bragg was bigtime in the bluetick world.
