My dad and one of his buddies went out today, my dads friend just got his new 320 and was trying to add my dads dogs to his unit they ended up losing contact with three of the collars, I dont know what they did or what buttons they pushed but the three collars that they lost communication with dont blink at all. The red light stays on constant. Anyone know or seen this before? Tomorrow I am going to try and up grade them to see if they will star working again.

Solid red light means the Software is corrupted.

Here is a Link to a short video on how to fix it.

If your unit is paired with the 220 you can try to get it to update the collar the normal way.

This is the way if you can not communicate or update the collar, It's a more forceful way to update collars that are not linking up.
