Another Video

Post by Cowboyvon »

Kind of my attempt at humor.. after going through lots of old videos I decided to put this together..

Again the quality of the video isn't very good but it shows some of the frustrations of putting together a pack of hounds. Learning on your own at the same time can make matters worse.

Ha! My experiences exactly. Glad to see somebody is mortal and don't mind admitting it. I really liked the clip addings especially the one from Coolhand Luke.

Cool video, I really enjoyed watching. I especially liked the pet elk...do they normally stand their ground?

The fascination of hunting cougar with hounds lies in the discovery and unravelling of a complicated trail, watching an honest hound strike out on a track that has been found and read, and finally bringing the animal to bay so that you can see it for yourself---Jerry A. Lewis

Thanks ... you know that elk was kind of a strange deal we were trailing a old lion track down the ridge and heard one of the pups kind of booger bark.. I rode up and stayed behind some trees and just watched her.. the dogs looked at her and then would look at me.. finally it was too much for them to take and they started on her thought she might of had a calf somewhere but I couldn't find one ... The Coati was different we trailed him up .. it was the second one we had caught in about a 2 week period the dogs start them just like a lion... It was probably about a week later they started one and I got to see it before they treed so they got them some education......

You sure do a good job on those videos Brett, keep em coming! I am however a little upset at you. Big n Blue figures that if you can call Benny Tulip that he can call me Buttercup. Benny and i may have to come up with a plan for you two. Lmao

Really enjoyed it.. I steal your line, "I know what they aren't chasing"

I have often thought, on a Hound DVD, the ending and credits should always be the Bloopers and screwups.. It would probably be the best part of the entire DVD.
