Birdseye

I've downloaded areas to my computer , then I transfer to my astro 320. When I unhook the gps from the computer the birdseye show up on my astro 320 map but as soon as I turn off the 320 and turn it back on , the birdseye will not work . Any ideas

Help???? I've been messing with this for 2 days now , I've downloaded the areas to my computer , once I transfer to the memory card , it show that it's on the card . I unplug the 320 from the computer and turn on the astro nothing happens . I went to map setting, selected maps , it shows Birdseye satellite imagery v2 Enabled however no Birdseye appears on my map just the topo view. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong .

What size SD card you using? 320 is not compatible with anything over 32GB.

I'm using a 32 gb sd card

32 gb should work, mine does. I note a difference in the wording for enabling the Birdseye map between your astro and mine. Probably just a difference in manufacturing date or update status. Sorry, but you may have to call Garmin unless someone else on here with more knowledge about these things can help you. Good luck.

Just got off the phone with Garmin . The problem is the new software update . The lady said the 3.90 update is the problem , she said tell everyone don't download it . It came out last Wednesday . So I'm screwed until a new update comes out , she said a new update should be able soon , let's hope
