Here are some puppy pictures of Aspen's first litter - as you can tell, I'm getting anxious! I will be having some Aspen Grandpups before long, that will help the wait.

Here's one on Aspen's sons "Mundo" - he's doing well on Lion, Bear and Hogs - his owner said he's a great rig dog and as gritty as they get.





Here's one of Aspen's sons "Hunter" - owned by my uncle - going good on bear, not lacking in the grit department either.

These pups will be 6x Lipper and 6x Bozo in a 7 Generation pedigree.
7 out of 14 dogs in a 3 generation pedigree that were proven big game dogs (bear).

2010 is here. This breeding will be taking place before long! I already have a large amount of interest. I'm gonna say that these are pretty much spoken for unless she has a large litter.

Renegade (sire)

Got a chance to snap a couple pictures of the ol guy at the Spenceville trials this weekend.

For those of you were there this weekend. I'm sure you all got to see Aspen and her son Joker in the Finals.

I'm still getting a lot of call, emails and PM's on this cross. The biggest question is when will it take place, and how to reserve one.

She is coming in heat now. SO that would make the pups born around May.

I will not take any deposits until these guys are born. I will let everyone know that contacted me, when she is bred, if she took and when they are born. Whoever sends a deposit once they are born is who gets em. Sorry for those of you that want more of a "guarantee to get one" A lot can happen between now and then.

I should have some more pictures and pedigree information on Renegade soon.
He will be at some of the UKC Hunts and Shows this year.

I am also considering making this a Performance Litter.

It looks as though Aspen may be coming into season a little earlier than I had expected. It's a little unfortunate, as I did plan on trying to put her in as many UKC events as possible this year.

I will keep everyone informed if the breeding takes place.

Aspen is in fact coming into heat. I will be going and picking up Renegade next weekend for breeding.

The pups should be due around the first part of May.

Aspen and Renegade were bred for the first time today.

I also updated the pedigree on the origional post, as I finally got a chance to take a look at Renegade's papers.

I've been trying to snap a couple pictures together, but they don't do these two justice. Renegade is less than photogenic.

She's at about day 30-35 right now, and she is looking to me like she's already showing. I'm expecting a bigger litter than last time.

I have 4 pups that are spoken for/deposits on. 2 Females and 1 Male, 1 Undecided.

I will not take anymore deposits at this time, but call, PM, or email me to get on the waiting list!

She's starting to look pretty miserable. I'm gonna try to take some pictures of her tomorrow or this weekend. Gonna take her out cooning, I like to start the puppies early (in the womb) LMAO

She had them on May 6th as I had predicted.
