+1 with larry too, cats make me sick when ever i smell them and worse when i start to skin them.

Taste is very good. Among the best in taste. Similar to pork. Kinda stringy though. Hard to cut a steak. Makes great stir fry.

Well did you get enough info on lion meat ? Look on line recipe google mnt lion green chili, great recipe. and I like to put 25 percent pork (fatty) and make bk sausage just grind season and enjoy The idiots that dont eat it arnt smart enough to cook it!
