No question that not tying back has its risks, and i'd say we've been fortunate not to have anything too major happen. These dogs have been through the drill many times and especially when they catch one up in the bluffs, they learn where the sharp parts on a lion are and do a pretty good job of staying out of the way. They definitely get caught, but as soon as one gets wrapped up the whole pack jumps in and it doesn't last long....I have an awesome video of that exact scenario...its not a public viewable clip thoughR.M. wrote:Very good Job on the video!
Do you always leave your dogs loose when you shoot the cat? Seem like a good way to get some vet bills! On the other hand it a good way to get a young dogs amped up on lions.
I'll have to put it up on youtube and make it a "by invitation only" clip....some of you guys might appreciate it..It does...but when I uploaded the video and edited it the stabalizing is exagerrated slighty it seems, almost giving it a shaky look.
