Now IKE, I think you know why I do what I do, it is impossible not to slam you when the is so much bs going on here. And yes for the right price I would pay someone to run my dogs for a month, my dogs are run hard, and I can't run them in the summer, I have to work, think about it bud.

No luck on the bears Ike. How about you. I did happen to find a lion on Friday. Nice Tom. He was from a study from the Monroe unit. Tracking collar hasn't been working for two years. In the years since they collared the lion it had grown way to big for it's neck and had rubbed the hide down to the muscle on one side. Went up today with the F&G and caught him again (after a 5 hr. run

) and got the tracking collar off from him.

It was a couple miles walk in to start it from the tree I treed him in the day before so the whole thing was hoofin it.
It was a long day and I am feelin it today! Ha! I like gettin out and hiking the hills but this one was a doozy! Started walking at 7:00 and got back to the truck at 4:30. It would have been one thing if it was flat but it was up and down the whole %#!* way!
Oh well I would do it again today if I could! Ha!
Looks like a nice catch for you as well. Congrats! Nice pics of the dogs. Looks like the same type terrain I was hunting!
I feel a bear coming on here pretty soon.............................

Hey bud, glad too see someone going out of their way too get some relief for that lion,he would of strangled & died a slow hard death ! Again just showing hound hunters are good stewarts also of the lion population/ Miss Emily needs too put your story & follow-up by the dept comeing too due their part in relief work for the big cats saveing its life ! Give the hound hunter credit were credit is do !
I`m sick and tired of frends for animals rights pokeing their noises-in and cryeng fowl all the time/let them run with this story line by thunder !
