How is a sighthound gonna follow a track? Am I missing something?

Yeah this dog sounds like a big hoax, Its missing to much as a dog to be a solid Catdog just a opinion. But if it is to be true then neat but sure is one ugly thing.

I would have to call bluff on anyone saying they had a dog that caught every cat. Either he is full of it or never turned out on to many cats lol jmo. Andy

Tim good to see you on here. Must agree with Andy, if you are not fooling with us, really cannot believe there has ever been a hound that was hunted on bobcat regular that lived to be 10 and caught every jumped cat. Recall many years ago was told Zip/s Jake hound was catching every cat he jumped. Made mistake of asking Zip about that, he gave me a good lecture. Have you ever owned a hound that caught every cat it jumped, he ask. No I have not I answered. And I or no one I have known has owned such a hound he answered. So I never ask that question again. Al,you and i know Zip has caught as many cat as anyone and more than most.His fault ,if you want to call it that ,is he's to honest ! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving !

It wasn't to get in any pissing match with you Al or anyone else, darn sure wasn't to be called a liar or repeating a lie ,that's fighting words. The point was, again wouldn't we use success in catching game-good or bad as evaluating the breeding on a hound. Oh well,I tried to interact with you guys,see ya in another 6 months.As for the record I personally try to never use always and never in anything to do with hunting{there's me,the dog or dogs,the game. A lot of variables and such for error and conditions}. Robin, the man that told me this is as honest to me as Zip and that says a lot as I respect Zip,always been good to me and others. I guess we all use our own yardsticks to measure everything, I just happen to use other more successful people and their dogs as yardsticks as well when I see they have things going well for them. Goodnight I'm going hunting in the morning and for the next 3 months lord permitting.

In respect to the post, sounds interesting wether fact or fiction. A good dog is a good dog,and usually has a good or better than good hunter running the show.

Tim was never any intent to say some one was a liar. Just very hard to believe a hound could be hunted 10 year in this terrain and never lose a bobcat. I agree breeding best to best makes sense when breeding. Will say have heard some good reports on pups from your Bozo. Have a good season. Al

Im running a pup out of Bozo I got from Tim Cook, She sure is dynamite getting snow this weekend so she will be running her own cats for two days. See how she does solo... I wanna see and hear more on this funky dog from another land.
