Andy I shoot coyotes whenever I see one and just leave them laying because I don't like coyotes. If I would shoot one in prime fur I would probably skin and stretch it to sell. Wolves aren't worth anything unless they are black, so what would a guy do with a dead wolf, I sure as hell won't have one hanging in my house. I know a lot of people think they are a rare trophy and get them mounted or tanned etc. but that just isn't me.

Why wouldn't I? I have a tag and its season. In fact, I visited with the local game warden about it. I trailed it a ways and didn't find it. If I had, I would have tagged it, taken a couple pictures, checked it in and then disposed of it just like I do with coyotes when I shoot them(minus checking them in). If I get a nice colored one with good hair, I will make a rug, otherwise, they're just a dog killer.

Ya, someday, I might have to try getting out in the woods and hunting and maybe I could see a real animal.

Tell you what, next time I shoot a shedding, diseased varmit, you can hang it in your den and show everyone the "accomplishment" for me. How's that sound?

Might be better if you stick with your videos of you in your truck telling us great you are! Lol

Post up the video of me in my truck talking about how great I am, please, so that way there is no confusion. If you'd like, I can let you know when I post things on the internet so you can be sure to call BS on it all.

Keep those videos coming. I bet houndogger is the only one on this site that apparently doesn't like them for whatever reason.

Andy, living in wolf country, that statement tells me you haven't been doing your part. I'm a little disappointed...

No wolves in my hunting ground yet. Montana is a BIG state. I stay out of the mountains any more. Andy

Great video BUDD. Well put together. I love listening to those little hounds running bunnies!
We didn't have any wolf encounters this winter. We had to pull dogs a few times the last couple. I'm hoping the groups that were lucky enough to run them last winter thinned them out some and put a little fear in them.

love the vids budd, and a wolf encounter with the dogs out is never good. I have had some close calls the last few years but have been lucky no dogs were hurt. I HATE me a wolf
