what type of hound is this

I think i ran this little dog on bears he was doing real well was striking outta the box and treeing good i seen him on close to 40 bears. This would be a good buy. This dog came from the interior of bc??

all i know is that i got him from a guy that bought him from some where out west.the first bear i ran him on was the first day he seen our vet.30 stitches later and a couple weeks of rest he was ready to go again.never seen a little hound like him hate a bear so much.
