thanks, I appreciate that. I've been here before but years ago. Things like this take several years for the kennel to bounce back to the same level and it seems it was easier years ago, now I look at it as wasted years ahead trying to get back to where I was already

Walker pups

Scott,

Just checking to see if you have any interest in those walker pups under Registered Walker Pups - Top Bloodlines. We talked through this forum a few days ago. I only have 1 male and 1 female left. If interested I would cut the price to move them. Take a look at the blood lines if you havent I think they are pretty solid. And like you said in any cross you want the parents to be hunters and these parents are very solid or I wouldnt have made the cross.

Anyway I dont know you but have followed some of your posts and feel like your the kind of person I would like to get these pups in the hands of.

Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Jon

Scott-

I think your old Clyde would be proud of his son. Today, our neighbor came face to face with a lion. He called down to us and we were up there in about an hour. We took Cody, who's never been on a lion, and Katie who's never been hunted and thought we'd see what would happen. Jake and our son Jesse took the dogs on foot and they struck right away. I took a four wheeler and went up a road to try and keep up. Katie came back towards me and as I was watching her, I saw the lion. I turned the four wheeler around and Katie and I took off on foot. Jake and Cody were hot on our heels. The dogs had a short chase, but treed the cat we think on the ground. We heard a yelp and a growl from the cat and then they started to chase again. We had to catch them 'cus there were elk hunters on the property that bordered where we were. The day was warm, and it was around 2pm when the whole thing happened. I think we've got a wonderful pup; we couldn't be happier.

Thats awesome Michelle I'm glad to hear he is working out for ya and down the road we will have to get together and cut him loose with his brother and sister. The pups I have kept track of seem to be doing well. Not the earliest starters but no litter regardless of parents are gonna be 100%. I'm glad to see he is in the capable hands of someone that will hunt him, thanks again.

FYI .... on your papers which are UKC registration it is Langmaids but it also if you notice has me listed as the breeder on the papers not that it matters. She was also registered PKC and that is the name I use. I do not feel I need to promote someone elses kennel for them.

Hello Spanky. I live In Western Idaho. I was wondering if you had any dogs or pups for sale at the current time. If not, do you know of anyone around Idaho, Oregon, Montana, or Utah that has any for sale? I was looking at some of your bloodlines and I am a big fan of some. I think either of your bloodlines will work just fine. Sorry to hear about your dog.

Thank you Spanky

Well lady luck has shined on me finally this season with a phone call from a very good friend who heard about Clyde's passing. My buddy who owns Clydes older brother Nt.Ch. Soggy Bottom Bubba just gave me a great opportunity to own him. Naturally I could not pass it up and can't wait for bear season this spring to get him in the woods.

I will not be waiting too long to make a cross on Bubba and one of his nieces out of Clyde. Both Lilly and Sky are doing well and I will probably make a cross once they reach two years of age and have at least two full seasons under their belt.

Here is the potential cross and how it looks on paper:

-------------------GrNtCh Ch Logans Wild Clover
-----------GrNtCh Wessels Wild Casey
-------------------GrNtCh Logans Wild Jeanie
------GrNtCh Wessels Wild Card
-------------------GrNtCh Abbotts Yadkin River Cruise
-----------GrNtCh Cheat River Big Horn Dutchess
-------------------GrNtCh Abbotts Big Horn Daisy
--Nt.Ch.Soggy Bottom Bubba
-------------------GrNtCh Rock River Sackett
-----------Ch GrNtCh Rock River Sackett Jr.
-------------------GrNtCh Skeans Dolly
-------NtCh Black Swamp Star
-------------------GrNtCh Baumbachs Pulpwood
-----------GrNtCh Halls Coon Cravin Ravin
-------------------GrNtCh Baumbachs Tiny Trouble
Pups
-------------------GrNtCh Wessels Wild Casey
-----------GrNtCh Wessels Wild Card
-------------------GrNtCh Cheat River Big Horn Dutchess
------Sciaretta’s Groom Creek Clyde
-------------------Ch GrNtCh Rock River Sackett Jr.
-----------NtCh Black Swamp Star
-------------------GrNtCh Halls Coon Cravin Ravin
--Sciaretta’s Groom Creek Sky
-------------------GrNtCh Wessels Wild Casey
-----------GrNtCh Wessels Wild Logan
-------------------Stylish Legacy
------Sciaretta’s Groom Creek Gypsy
-------------------Stylish Clover
-----------Stylish Patches

Thats Great Scott, I just picked up a full litter mate to Clyde and a full brother to Bubba that is a hell of a bear and bobcat dog and producing big game pups just like him.
I know of one super good big game dog out of Bubba  But hell thats not fair I own him  Good luck with Bubba. Hope your upcoming litters out of him are as good as his son Buster
