Hey Smiley it looks like you have your head up Bud's ASS right along with him!!! I never received any funds at all on skeeter!!!! Bud did purchase 2 dogs 1 from the kid that delivered the dog and 1 from me. He tried to give the kid a personal check for his hound but he made Bud go to the bank and get certified funds at that point he received regerstration papers on that dog that he purchased from that kid and papers were signed over him saying he was the owner of the hound in which he sold the hound for $2000!!!! Bud at that point was to give him a ceretified check to get to me and gave him some excuses so they called me in which Bud promised to send me the funds as soon as he got back home. I still am the owner of Skeeter, have never recieved any funds at all and still have registration papers and tons of proof he was never paid for.

Bud was fully aware of who owned which hounds and who he gave money to for the hound he paid for!!!!! She was priced for $2000 I can retreive the post to show you. I had sold her to the kid almost 2 months before!!!! It was a hound in which he wanted bad also. On top of that the whole 30 day trial plus he had no complaints about Skeeter or the other hound he had bought from the other guy the whole time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really tells me alot about your sorry ass 1. if your defending bud 2.if your running with him, it has been quoted by tons of people that have been coming out of the word work that have had same bad dealings even other dog jockeys say he is shady and no good and so are the people he runs with!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and dip shit its not just "hearsay" they have proof too!!!

And again you dont know me from adam there has only been Skeeter and 2 other dogs that I have ever sold to any body other than my friends!!!!!!!! Every thing I said was true about the hounds and I back them 200% If you look up a couple of post before this you can read for your self. I'm not a dog jockey!!!!! So Smiley since you seem to have so much knowledge of Bud Millers business and hes going to hide behind a few of his little cheer leeders I will have the law sent your way also too question and search your property's also!!!!!!! Smiley it just blows my mind that you act like you had anything to do with this??? Again Bud Miller has made no attempt to get Skeeter back to me!!!! I have plenty backing that. Plus he gave the other guy money for his dog in which he bought from him that day in Ontario what ever conditions they worked out is there deal. I backed skeeter with 30 days which was more than fair and plenty. I talked to Bud Miller on June 9 , 2007 where he asked to extend the trial period 2 weeks in which I said that would be ok if he shipped certified via overnite funds like he was suppost to when he originally got home with Skeeter and had been promising weekly when I talked to him on the phone!!!! He proceeded to tell me he couldnt get to town untill monday morning June 11, 2007 in which he then promised again the money would be sent. At that point he would call me with a tracking # so it garunteed it was sent. I did not receive any funds and had to call Bud Miller the friday after June 15, 2007 in which he did not answer any of the numbers till later that day in which he answered got all balligerant and said I'm not getting my dog back I wont be able to find him anyways and hes been in hiding since. I have had him pick up the phone o couple of times since then in almost 2 years where as soon as he finds out its me he hangs up. I have not only phone documentation, wittness's, and tons of proof on my part. I have physical documantaion that the other kid owned the other dog with his signiture!!!!!! Bud Miller made the mistake in sending me a letter also stating he never payed any money for Skeeter and if you want to know what the rest of that letter says you will have to come to the court date

Oh Ike and catch, Bud Miller called all my references and then some!!! He even called up to canada where Skeeter spent a season up with Rodney B chasing bears, emailed pics on game an footage. He was hot and heavy on the deal he was getting , money was no problem and garunteed me Skeeter would be taken care of. I could have place skeeter a hundred times over wiith other guys wanting him. Bud called and emailed several times a day inquiring and trying to convince me to sell him my hound. Bud had me call his so called references to check him out also. I had another buddy helping at the time takeing and screening calls and another buddy there finalizing the deal just for this reason!!!!!!! This transaction took over a month to transpire because I had to feel good about giving up my best and lead hound.

I am sorry to the other board members on hear for loosing my cool hopefully you can understand my fusteration. This has been on going for almost 2 years now and I didnt want to go public and get the law and every body involved but I was at a dead end trying to hunt down Bud Miller. All I need is Bud Millers age adress's or location even a liscence plate # and the law will take care of the rest. Justice will be served and once we find him and get him served I might and maybe then get to hear his side of the story on why he never held up to his end of the deal? I want to thank all the people that have contacted me we are that much closer to getting Bud Miller served and hopefully get skeeter back!!!!!

Greg read my post . I have had quite a few dealings with bud he has been nothing but honest forth write and has paid on time without reservation to the deal . With all my dealings and the people i know he has been this way.

Its funny how your tune has changed since your first post, falsly and slanderlously accussing me of being a liar!!!!! I did not need to prove my self to you or any body else for that matter!!! You spoke as if I had sold you the hound not Bud Miller??? It obvious you have talked to Bud Miller recently and would aprecaite your coporation in resolving this problem. You have heard him try to weasel his way out of this with his story, now you have seen mine with hard evidence!!!!!! Maybe, and just maybe you dont know the people (Bud Miller) your doing business or runnin with as good as you think. Might get you in trouble or worse????

My tune has not changed . Like it or not he has been true to me and kept his word in every form with me and those i know . That i will stand by and not apalagize for either.

I would like to say that I have sold videos to the people in hounds for some time and taken personal checks on most of those deals. I've even had several mothers or wives call to order the movies for their sons or husbands with a visa at the last minute before Christmas and worry about not getting them in time. In every case I sent those videos without payment on their word that they would shoot me a check for the merchandise. Not once (in hundreds of transactions) have I ever been burn by a hounddogger--every check has cashed and those people I trusted for payment have always stepped up and done the right thing...........

If somebody didn't stand behind a dog deal and failed to pay for a finished hound I'd get the sheriff and go knock on his door right away, and there wouldn't be any two year wait!

Years ago I was hunting the North Slope of the Uinta Mountains and had the Forest Service Guide saddle my horse and leave me on the mountain in a snow storm. He lead my horse to Hoop Lake, turned it loose and loaded my saddle with his gear.

It took me two days to track the saddle to Wyoming and the thief that stole it. First I went the Forest Service and told them their guide had stolen my saddle and left me in a snow storm. Then I went to the Sheriff and did the same thing. The sheriff picked up the phone and called him without looking up his number. The thief wasn't home but his daughter was, and the sheriff and I went over and picked up my saddle and tack.

As I was leaving the sheriff told the girl to have her father call him, but nothing was said about charges for taking a stolen saddle across a state line, so I told that sheriff to tell the thief never to touch my horse or saddle again cause I now know where he lives.

This story keeps getting more confusing . Please take a moment to re-cap briefly and who or what we should be looking for.About time to put down facts and figures and name names

you have probally tried this but could you not get some of the info you need from his wife that kicked him out? put a lein on his house. if he has nothing to hide then why does he not come out?

First of all, Greg, I'm 30 years old and have had hounds since I was 15. Hardly a kid. Let me set a few things straight, since I am the "kid" who is refered to above.

1. Bud Miller was bailing you out of a bind because you spent the money I paid you for Zoe before the trial was up.

2. I did in fact follow Bud to the bank to get certified funds because I was weary of what you were trying to pull.

3. I drove 3 and a half hours one way on a sunday evening to return Zoe to you. You knew i was coming. AFTER I got there, you, Greg Cover informed me that you didn't have my money and had no checking account to write me a check off of.

4. I was NOT supposed to get any money for you for the skeeter dog I delivered. You told me "Bud and I have something worked out for him. Since you're going can you haul both dogs?"

5. When I dropped Zoe off, you, Greg Cover, gave me an IOU for her because you didn't have the money. The IOU was to be paid by May 8th. After that day, you wouldn't answer my phone calls or emails. I had to send "Mr paco jack" ,on this board, a private message asking for his address for his wifes subpeona. Since she signed the IOU as a witness and you lived at their place. I had the small claims paper work ready to go and was getting ready to leave to make the 3 and a half hour drive to herriman to file a claim against you in small claims court when you called and told me that you had a buyer for her. That was Bud Miller. I had posted on here about being able to haul dogs to washington because my sister was getting married. Bud had already contacted me about hauling dogs for him. Although I didn't know that one was the dog I had returned for you, I suspected it. Long story longer. I hauled both dogs for free just so I could get my money back. Bud did in fact buy the dog from you. It was made plain by myself and Bud that you were going to refund Bud if he didn't like Zoe. I have no clue what your deal was with Bud about Skeeter. All I know is I hauled him and got my money from Bud for you. If he owes you money for Skeeter, he should pay you. I do think Bud called me sometime after I dropped the dogs off trying to get ahold of you. We both had the same contacts. I also believe that it was before the 30 days were up and you changed your story to it being a 2 week trial. The same thing you tried on me.


I was completely shocked when you called me the other night about this. I also hadn't read this post at that time. I don't know who did what with skeeter. I don't know who owes who. I do know that you tried sneaky shit with me. I also know that Bud Miller paid me with certified funds. I also know that I would NEVER do business with you again. I can't say the same thing about Bud. That dog may be a world beater like you said but all she ran was deer for me.

The bottom line is that we are all adults. Bud helped you out. It sucks that you tied Zoe to Skeeter and lost out on the big money dog. We live and learn. I learned that I will never again buy a dog without seeing it in the woods. Regardless of who's it is. You have my number. If anyone else wants it its 435-828-7792.

Bearkiller if you remember the paper singned by you and people you stated said you were the owner of Zoei and kept the registration papers signed over to you. When you brought her back you at that time said she treed coon and you did not catch any bear the couple of times you went out. You also was given several references on the dog. I know several people that ran into you and had exceptional dogs that were not cathcing either. When you brought her back I told you your time was up and it was past 30 days. It was you at the home depot the day you picked her up that said it wouldnt take you more than 2 weeks to know if you would want her or not. I told you when dropped her off I wasnt going to give you any money back and yes I did have a buyer for the dog. You and bud had talked on top of me getting her sold for you. Zoei had nothing to do with the Skeeter transaction, you received money for a hound you had sold and handed over papers that were signed over to you.

There was no sneaky shit done with you, you show up after 30 days wanting your money back is sneaky, you made no calls to me during the 30 days that she wasnt working for you. I told bud if he did not like her I would be happy to buy her but agian bud had no commplaints about either hound.


Since your trying to throw people under the bus it was you that came back after you found out bud didnt pay and said he is shady and could have given a warning before I sent the hounds!!! You knew of other bad dealings he had done and felt bad for not giving me a heads up???

Bud has never helped me out with anything!!!!! Bud was and should have picked up the haul for the hounds and when you told me he didnt I offered you money and you told me not to worry about it. When you followed Bud to the bank it was because he tried to give you a personal check. You made bold statements that day on the phone about him trying to do that too.

Its funny how I did talk to you the other nite and how your story has changed from then and when this originally went down. I see where this is going and I have all your info I need I have tried to call you a couple of times tonite, dont worry about getting back to me. If need be my lawyer will contact you with a subpena. Your post on here is enough to pin more on Bud Miller.
