I thought the hearing went very well. The Committee will probably vote on it either this Thursday or next Tue., so there is still time to contact Committee members and ask them to support it.
We had approximately 25 houndsman & houndswomen there supporting it and 1 houndsman opposing it. There were approximately 8 people total there opposing it.
Questions from the Committee were all directed in a way that was favorable to our position.
I believe our case couldn't have been presented better. We had some great testimonies given. If we fail on this I believe it isn't because of a lack of better presentation.

The Committee just voted 16 to 5 to kill the bill, so I guess that takes care of Bear Hunting in Montana. We can always try again in 2015. Grizzly Bear delisting seemed to be the major reason.
