Dean,
I think you are way off course on this one. There is nothing wrong with anyone patting themselves on the back in my opinion as long as it is not hurting anyone else, if that is your opinion it is ok but keep it to yourself. I come on this board to get information that I can use and help where I need it, (beleive me I need alot of help)but the more and more I read on this the less I like even visiting. It appears that people on here have a hard time with acomplishment of others and look for ways to destroy there sucess. I am sure we all could point out how others are bragging upon themselves, but what are we really trying to accomplish. I enjoy the stories if they are bulls**t. even when I know they are B.S.

Dennis, you take great photos and you tell great stories, so keep it up. The whole site, no wait, the entire planet by now knows you are totally full of sh*t but it's not like you got a corner on that market. It's a trait many hound guys possess.
And the whole site knows when "the legend" brent mcgee posts on a thread it probably has zero useful information and ends up slamming ol ike at some point. Hounddawg your like the fat bully in fourth grade with ice cream on his shirt who can't quit picking on the smart kid cause he's smarter than you. Grow up McGoo. Seriously. You're ike bombing is a tired act...... take up suicide bombing or something, I'm sure you'd be successful.
PS
please attach a picture of the last lion YOU caught with pics of the dogs, your beautiful mug and something to verify the date like a kidnapper would. It's going to become S.O.P for hound hunters to do that I blame you. LMFAO no photoshop allowed either. lol.
And for gods sake somebody unplug the computer at "Hawns" to many of you fellas are on the juice.
and if you legends can't laugh at this you're taking yourself wayyyyy too seriously....
adios amigos
almost forgot....... And away I go.........

Az_gogetum,
Those are kind words, thank you for having my back! Ya know, that reminds me of something that happened a few days ago. I was having coffee 'ol Stan Ludlow and Hans Metcalf, and we realized that between us there was 2,456 years and 4 months of lion hunting experience sitting in that booth. Ya know Az, 87 years ago when I got my first hound I was pretty green, but I started running down trophy toms and slamming record book animals and boy did these local fellars get jealous. Ya know the other day I went up in that little box canyon near Walkabout Creek where I started that first big tom all those years ago, and I'll be damned if that little Annie bitch I got out of Stan's old female didn't rig that lion track, all these years later.
Yup Az, we sat in that booth having coffee and those two decided they had never seen dogs do the things mine do. They just shook their heads in amazement and we decided sitting there I was about the best hound man that ever started an 87 year old lion track.
Recently, Hans came along hunting bear with me. Now he's seen about everything you can see and figures he has watched about 567,432 hounds over the years but I showed him something he'd never seen. We ran into another hunter coming out of a canyon and he said he had rigged a bear that crossed a few miles up. I guess some of the microscopic bear scent particles had drifted down and settled on his truck and his dogs back's...
Well 'ol Slim and Thunderheart just went to blowin' air, a riggin' hard on those microscopic scent particles of that bear that had settled on his dogs' hair. 'Ol Hans shook his head and said he'd never seen the likes of it. We looked at some game that day, I can tell you that!!
Well, thanks for the kind words Az_gogetum. Over and out - Dawg (Chasin' the dream and sharing my vast knowledge along the way)
*** There Buddy, that should generate you some site traffic for the weekend!! ***

Peace out boys!! (I try hard not to be a pr*ck but some days just ain't possible)

LOL. excuse me while I bow to the master.
*********bowing*******
that was HILARIOUS. how in the world did you ever become so imaginative to come up with such a creative tale...... you musta went to an art school for special kids or something. point well taken though.
btw glad you didn't take offense to the suicide bombing thing, it seems a little distasteful after reading it, only funny if you don't take it seriously and besides think of all the women who would be broken hearted if ya did. the world would drown in their tears. and from what you say kevin wouldn't be able to hunt as much......
excuse me for a couple days while I go back to attempting to catch lions. I have realized I will never be able to approach the level of your comedic genius. thanks for showing me the light.
over and out-the apprentice (just living to hopefully one day be as good as the dawg and ike)

Yea, please don't off yourself dawg cause I couldn't take the media coverage over the death of another super star like Jackson. And what would they label the story line anyway,
"the King of hounddawgin died today from tree fighting wounds received from the Wolf Pack while under a slick tree?"
I mean seriously, how could the world take another lose like you and loosing Jackson just yesterday..................

Ike said "Well, thanks for the compliment on the action photos boderpond cause I didn't know that you had it in you buds!"
Ike I will always give credit where it is due.Over the years, when they have done something commendable, I have even complimented Democrats, liberals, gays, felons, liars, and now you Ike.
I also call BS when I see it ,no matter who I see it from. You take some great pictures Ike, not nearly enough to make up for all the BS though.
