is it still hunting season thier or are you just training?

i am almost always "just training " :) lol
bear season is open till next wednesday-

regular rifle deer season starts this saturday--

so its over for me

technically you could hunt bear tomoro with hounds
--im not sure if its legal to run beardogs in first 5 days of deer season when bear season is still open ,it wouldnt be a good idea -

no training on bear after seasons closed
- training starts june 1

we lose a little to deer hunters every year---not so much legally but you have to try to get along

i pretty much gave up regular deer season a long time ago---- you cant fight that ---
im not giveing up all these new or special seasons- unless its the law --
i just tread pretty lightly where i can - i havent had any serious problems - or almost none--
years ago , had two dogs shot in quebec-------- their season opened a week before ours , dogs crossed the border on a bear -
bout guaranteed to get them shot if they cross into quebec in deer season

- i accidentally messed up somebodys youth hunt last weekend- -- they were ok about it --

they had a ground blind set up 50 feet from a drivable road -

i think dogs struck them off the truck lol :D

21 days bow-
6 reg moose 9 days cow moose - 2 days youth deer weekend - that is half of our bear season

16 days rifle 9 days muzzloader - i wonder where will it ever end :x

i have a few spots i nervously run my beagles in deer season -and been known to coonhunt nights if weather is mild--

- i dont let dogs get too far from me--
:)

oh ya 9 days of muzzloader /archery in december --

thats sorta inconvenient - i run my dogs -where i can stay away from deer hunters- . so far, so good .

i try not to interfere with their hunting--

, they better let me have mine too -
