Mark, that FLIR is cool but expensive! I think Buddy should cough up one for everyone entered in the Contest.
Old Dog wants a do over with Ringer using the FLIR !

I'd like to see it work here but, I feel it would be unfair to use it to find the cat unless "All" had the same advantage.
But you got me, cause I'm not Host or Organizer of this event!

LOL!!!

I have one of them and it's been pretty impressive. We were approved to sell them just trialing in some and playing around.
They have a Flir that connects to your I phone but I'm not sure if it works as good. I would have been happy to supply one of them to try out for the Judge to use as a tool as a sponsor or something?
It's definitely another helpful tool to figure our false tree's from real ones. It does have it's limitations and is not cut and dry.

would u be willing to send one down to use for the rest of the competition buddy. It would get some feedback. I would make sure it was used for every competitor .

it would definitely be a good tool to more accurately judge the dogs performance that's for sure. at least you would know where to look in the tree for the cat jmo

I have a couple of the FLIR and Thermal products that are being field tested right now. So far with good results at least with the Top of the Line model. (It's expensive) I'm working on trying some of the Low end Cell phone models to try to see if those are any benefit or if they even work, but haven't got them in yet.
The goal right now is to test and figure out if we can get an affordable version that works for us with out spending 3K and to do a comprehensive comparison on them so we know what we are selling. We have them ready to sell we just have not listed them on the site yet until we really understand them.
Give me a call and let's see if we can figure something out They are expensive the only thing I ask is to be careful with them so you don't scratch the lenses ect up, But I think this would be a helpful tool to try and figure out what's going on.

I was just trying to be funny mark. a do over would mess up the whole contest as sonny treed and couldn't score also. so in the end I wuld just settle for scoreing the other two trees ringer had. lmao
