Poorboy's made me remember this one:
Three old men are on sitting on a bench on Miami Beach.
The first one says, "A fire destroyed my coat business in Brooklyn, I collected the insurance money, bought a condo on a golf course and came here to retire.
The second guy says, "Oh, fire destroyed my bagel shop in the Bronx, and I retired here when I collected the insurance money, I have a beautiful condo on the 18th hole at Doral"
The third guy says, "A flood came through and destroyed my restaurant in Johnstown, PA and when I collected the insurance money I retired here, I have a condo in Coconut Grove over loooking the ocean"
The two other guys both lean over and ask, "How do you start a flood?"
