does anyone know of these bloodlines? right now i have 3 stiles males and 1 lynn sires female. they all pull hair.
i have the option to get a young male with heavy gantte bloodlines, i just need more info if anyone can help out.

I have talked to Charles on two occasions and asked him about his line of dogs. They tend to be a little larger than a few of the other lines of plotts and he doesn't breed for super hard tree dogs. He feels this causes more problems than it's worth in a pack of bear hounds. I've heard many people praise these dogs for bear and hog. There is a bear dog in NC, I believe, that is a superstar, Gantte's Rolex. At the moment I can't remember who owns it. Charles is in TN and most of his dogs stay down that way. There is a guy in WV with Gantte dogs and few others strung out here and there. Charles has a couple of litters on the ground right now, but they may all be spoken for. Most of his pups are booked up a year in advance. I don't know anything about Botkins.

Rodger Botkins runs Gannte dogs. He has been running and breeding this line for many years. He swearers by them.
