Turned out WAy better than we expected!

1st bear on the ground by 9 am.Second mid afternoon

First bear was 160-170 lb boar taken by 8 year old Logan Kuhn

2nd was a 120-125 lb sow.This little rip was NASTY!! came out and fought 4 times(sending one dog to the vet) before stayin up.Killed by John Baribarito

Take a good look of this pic of the first bear He HAs No Ears.Dont know if they froze got tore off or what

Nice job open day of bear season in WV. Dog season in New Hampshire is Sept.22-Nov.11

treed 2 today here in clay county,wv.. first bear was around 150 live and the 2nd bear was killed by a young girl and field dressed at 176lbs...cut tracks out of the snow walked it out and cut.first chase lasted around 3hrs. before it finally treed...
