We've got Biggame Walkers out of JOE HOUSE'S orginal line of dogs. We've had extremely great success this year lion hunting.

Would these be dogs that trace closely to House's Bawlie and such or newer along the Houses Cheif Line. Both extreemly productive lines, and connected by the dots and crosses. I have had a good deal of experience with owning grandsons of Houses's Bawlie and Sons and Daughters of Houses, Cheif, and Kaw River Cheif and Rolling Hills Dan, later Clint and Lipper.
Are your current dogs exibiting the ability to slow down and grind on say a 12-14 hour old cougar track on dry ground? Although this doesn't sound like a long time I know in Idaho that is a long time on a dirt track because of the altitude and extreme temperature swings. Also will they pull thier heads up out of that track and drift out and get it up and rolling when the track gets better? No need to question their tree power because the name House means tree power and usually good mouths. How are they on a bad walking bear?
How do their feet hold up?
General body type 65Pounds males 55 females?
Just a few questions to give the public and idea of how your dogs look and act.
Good luck and glad you had some good success I have hear numerous reports from my Idaho friends of an outstanding cougar and bobcat season.

More people purchase when they SEE something, not read it.
Just a thought.

Due to location sometimes seeing is not possible! I agree i would rather see but thats just not a possibility. At least for myself.

I'd be interested to know how they are doing on bear as well.

Thank you for all the questions, and I will try to answer them to my best ablity:
Mike to answer your question on the dogs, Jay goes back to House's Clint 4 times in 4 generations, and I think 12 to 14 total .
The slowing down and grinding an old cold track has been one of the best attributes of this dog.
He will drift the track when it gets hot, running with his head up, and a big bawl mouth.
His feet have been okay for the terrain we run in. Right now conditions here are crusted snow and dry ground.
We have not had the opportunity to run bears with him so I can't honestly give you my opinion. Thank you Carnell

Nice dog. Idpete has one of my dogs that is bred very simular to yours there in Idaho. Lipper as a Grandfather on top and Handsome Hank as a Granfather on the bottom side. I owned the father and mother and they did a nice job on cats and bear. The ones we had that were bred like that started early but took awhile to settle down and work a cold track but they always came around to cold trail, just took them awhile longer.
Look forward to see what you get.
