MONTANA LION HUNTING RULES?

Hello I live in eastern washington and we are trying to figure out what kind of regs work for both hound and boot hunters for lions. our dept. will concider opening up a season if we can come up with good regs that will work. please let me know anything that might help. THANKS dccat
