California...bear hunting on the ballot!!!!!!!!!

HSUS has threatened to have an anti-hounding initiative on the ballot if the pro- hunting new proposals by CADFG are adopted. I certainly hope we will be getting everyone's support in keeping this from happening or fighting it if it gets to the ballot. I hope many of us can make it to the meeting tomorrow!!

If they are threatening to put it on the ballot NOW is the time to act.Get your houndsmen together and start doing fundraisers,field trials,etc and build a fund to fight them. More importantly build a coalition of all sportsmen,hunters,fishermen,baiters?,atv'ers,sledders,basicly anyone who uses the outdoors.Ranchers,farmers,etc. etc.
Don't sit back and wait get started now,and if you have differences with other sportsmen or groups get over it,multiple use and respect will help not hurt. You can beat them but it takes a LOT of work and dedicated people,the coalition is a must. Good Luck.
