Well last weekend I went over to western washington and got all of (Treeing Walkers) package deal and I was able to go out yesterday but did not get anything started so this morning we hooked up the boat and hit the river at daylight. The first beach we hit had a really nice bob track on it but was alittle to old so we went further and I took a little walk up the hill side and the 6 year old started cold trailing and took off around the hill and about 20 mins. she opened and the race was on and about 2 hour later they had it in the bluffs. It was a pretty nice bob.

Runnin cats,
Sounds good, did you end up with that walker pup that came from Mike Leonard down in New Mexico? Was he included in your package deal?
Just interested to see how he is doing or if you have even had a chance to find out. I have his litter mate.

Yes I did but I have not ran him yet I am just trying to get the 6 year old to trust me and get her use to me but after yesterday her and the two year did very well that was the first bobcat that I have (well dogs that I have owned) caught with out snow from start to finish. I will keep you informed on the new mexico pup's progress.

keep me updated, I got the runt out of the litter and he is hell on wheels. I am real excited about him. He is trailing and treeing and he runs well with the big dogs. Hopefully I can stick him in a lion race on wednesday.

where were you hunting?

good to hear that knotty is trusting and working for you. She is a one owner dog but once she gets use to you she is a hunting fool. I would hunt knotty, lu and paco. paco needs all the exposure he can get at his age. I hated to sell 'em all but I had too not fair to the dogs to sit here on a chain waiting for me to be able to go hunt. next time remember the pics take care and all the luck on your hunting adventures.

congrats
