Looking for a place to go lion hunting????

Ok This is probably a dumb question but does anybody know where me and my buddy could go lion hunting? kinda lookin for a place where we can buy a tag over the counter. we aint got alot of money but we could work something out maybe if somebody that knows the area hunt with us? We really would like to shoot a lion? Anybody have any suggestions? If you want to talk I can give you my number?
