inverted eyelashes

I have a 12 week old female bloodhound puppy that I think has inverted eyelids. I don't know if it is entropia or not. It looks to me like her eye lashes are turning into her eye. Is there a way to fix this and how much will it cost or should she just be put down? I really don't want to put her down, my husband is training her to track wounded game. Please if someone can help me I would be grateful.
Thanks
Julie

Yes it can be fixed by a vet. It is heritable, so I would not breed her. We have corrected this problem in baby goats by injecting penicillin into the eye lid causing the lid to turn out. It seems to recover as the animal grows. With dogs the vet's usually do surgery. Dewey

My Bloodhound had it.. The vet fixed it for me.. Most quotes I got for it were around $100 give or take..

Thank you everyone for you posts they were very helpful. I assume that any vet can do this procedure? See I live in Delaware and Bloods are not common around here. Actually I am the only listed breeder in my state. In fact, my hounds are the only Bloods that either of the two vets in my area have ever seen. Does anyone know of any vets in the Delaware are or Eastern Shore area that could be helpful?
Thank you again everyone.
I'll keep ya'll posted on how it turns out.
