Toss th 5 half empty jars of salsa that are in your fridge right now in the garbage and don't look back!!
2-3 cups salsa.
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes.
1 onion diced.
2-3 cloves of garlic diced.
1 chicken bouillon cube.
2 fresh jalapenos. stemmed. ( or more).
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 in saucepan heat oil over medium heat.
2 in blender add remaining ingredients.
3 blend till smooth.
4add to saucepan and cook about 5 minutes.
5 taste to make sure it has enough salt.
6 if eating with chips refrigerate till cool, if using as a sauce for tacos serve hot.
That is the recipe. It is not bad.
The second batch
I used food processor.
1 teaspoon of cilantro.
1/2 the juice of a lime.
A couple more cloves of garlic.
Will be hard to buy any that compares to this.
