Looking for a Garmin 220 + DC30 in Ontario

Do I have to buy one in the States? Can I order one online from an American company and will it make it across the border? I've had stores up here tell me they can't sell them. What's the problem? Anyone in Canada want to share how they got theirs?

I live in Calgary Alberta,I just bought one from Buddyw at dugraphics on this site,3 of my other buddies did the same,the nice thing is that he has a loaner program when yours breaks down.If I were you I'd order one from Buddyw,He's a super nice guy willing to go the extra mile.Cheers Kurt

Buddy has the right prices by far for anyone who can afford new, and he deserves the support thugh I dont think his prices can be beat for new anyways. I know I'm sure having trouble finding a used one on my budget.
