Nice job again. Last time I went out we almost had one caught. Grey and molly closed over 100 yards on one down to about 10 feet before I lost sight of them. When I went out to them I seen grey had dislocated the end of one of his toes.

congrats on the double. some day i`d like to be able to see some stags go. we just don`t have the terrain around here from them, we are mostly woods.

I would like to see them also. Big woods and no open country here.

I had them in NY before I moved. Hunted all over but allot west of Albany. When the hounds had one bayed/walking bay I would send them. When one was circling I would send them. not very traditional Stag work but it was fun.

Do they hark to the dogs?

After a few times they pick up that change in the bark and hark right to them. Dan Edwards on here uses them the same way.

Are they a easy handling dog?

Put the time in like any other dog Stags will really handle. You want a handle, 90lbs of K9 killer you want them steady around stock and other dogs.
