We caught this nice tom today. It was my little girl's first lion tree, my four year old boy's fifth tree. Was a short race in some nasty country. My buddy killed it with his bow.

That is too cool. My 11 year old daughter made it to her 3rd lion tree on new years eve. Not sure how yours did but my daughter outhiked me in some pretty steep country. LOL Looks like you really got lucky that bad boy didnt go all the way to the bottom, looks like a hell of a canyon.

The kids did awesome. And yeah that canyon is a major hell hole. You might catch 2 out of every 10 in there.
