Looking forward to the training season also. Dogs on the end of the chain ready to go. As long as we can find the bears we should have a ball. Now if I can just talk the wife into going with me it might just make it a perfect summer!!!

LOL IKE. Yeah I know what you mean. That's why I have to do the talking into now. I have left her in the truck one to many time saying; I'll be right back and 5 hours later there I am! My problem is that I know I shouldn't turn on those older tracks but then I see em and I just can't resist. Gets me into trouble every time. lol. Anyhow good luck and once again I will try to take your advise!!! :)
Take care!

My son was to his first bear tree when he was three. Of course I had to pack him all the way to the tree. It turned out to be a sow with three cubs so he got quite an eye full. When he was four, he got to watch his mother shoot a bear and a cougar. Luckily for him and mom, those were easy trees! And for me to get both to the tree and to get the critters out.

yes sir

some times it does help to hear it,but i dont really consider it a sport, think of it more as a way of life ,it is in my blood.2nd generation.take away the hound , and you have is just another lost soul wondering aimlessly , asking him self why do you hunt with hounds , just kiddin ,grave yard screws up my last remaining brain cell.
