I just checked it out.

Here is the Info on the update.

Changes made from version 3.60 to 3.70:

* DC40 occasionally failed to fully power down when disconnected from a charger. This release fixes the problem.

You only have to update the most current one it does include the elements of the previous versions. The webupdater won't let you load the older ones on once you have a newer one. The newest one deletes the older one during the update process.

is this for the dc 30 and 40

This is for all the collars. The main changes made were for the DC40, but is still the current updated for all collars.
