Sour Cream Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts Cut into strips. You can use thigh meat or chicken strips.
1 8 oz. container of sour cream or equal amount of plain yogurt.
1 Box Ritz crackers, the three roll size, or Chicken in a biscuit crackers
2 Sticks ( 1/4 cup each) Sweet Butter.
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoon of Tarragon or Marjoram

Clean Chicken, mix sour cream into it and marinate in refridgerator for about an hour.
Crush Crackers, medium coarse, mix in parmesan and tarragon/marjoram.
Melt half the butter and put in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Dredge chicken in cracker mixture and place in dish.
Melt remaining butter and pour on top of chicken.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes, or till golden brown.

Not Bad.
