Sure hope this makes poorboy proud!!

1 to 2 pounds ground elk or reg ground beef
2 toasted slices of bread
2 cans stewd tomatoes
1 can spinach
1 pk angel hair pasta

ok take your ground elk and season... lowrys salt, garlic salt, assort italian seasonings. now, cruch with hands your tosted bread mix with your ground elk and form small meat balls..

next crush with hands your angel hair pasta till its about 1/4 inch long or to desired length.

next fry meatball till they are 80% cooked.

in a medium sized pot with water add meatballs, stewd tomatoes, and spinach.. cook on low heat.........you will need to add salt to taste at first.
cook for about 30min...***important add pasta near the end it will cook fairly fast.. continue to salt to taste.. remember the salt will get stronger as the water/juice cooks down!!!

ENJOY!!!

Tried this.
Not Bad.
Used frozen meatballs.
Added Italian seasoning, Garlic powder, Onion powder.

I have eaten a big bowl. Will have another later.

You know you think you know someone.
Better Half does not like cooked spinach.
Really likes it right from the can.

Oh well.
