Over the weekend went hunting out by Uphill. We loaded the Stags and mixed a couple sets and headed out. We had some great long course with some tough driving. In the end we caught 5 probably saw 10 got out ran once I think or that’s all I’ll admit to HA HA! Left some for seed as they are paired up and have been breeding the past two weeks. Females will be getting fat and it will make it to easy even for are slow dogs lol.

Stunt your my hero,(i mean that in a good way) you really piled them up this season. Would love to see the stags in action, I have good trail hounds with plenty of speed but nothing compared to the stags, i get outrun in most open country sight chases, but dont have any open country to speak of.I thought of getting a couple to turn into catches, but dont like the lines the locals have.(too slight built) Any ideas of where to look for a stag bred to run yotes would be appreciated. I like to do my research on any dog I get, dont trust most guys word
Thanks
Rick

Rick- Thanks but most of the hard work and dogs belong to friends out here, most of mine are eithere hurt or didnt make the team this year. I went every time I could but it wouldnt been possible with out MC Hammer and son or Uphill Doc who's dogs did the heavey lifting. I can point ya in a good direction or send some down to lommis NB. next oct at the sale there.

lakeviewwalker, I see your point but if we cant put photos on this site then the antis have won. They dont need to get thier fuel from this site they can just do a google search and find all they need. And we all know that if they cant find them they will edit some and make it look like we are doing something we are not. Dont think for one second that these antis are not lieing piles of crap they will lie cheat and steal to get they point across and they will do what ever they have to do in the process.
