Where are the Lions in SE Idaho

Ok guys I need some help. Dose any one know where I can find some lions in SE Idaho. I am in Malad. Any Info would help.
Me 13 year old boy is chomping at the bit. I got him a decent B&T and i got a game Pit Bull that was used on pigs when i was in Florida, and treed 2 bears in GA. with 2 plotts, he will put the pressure on. I know conditions are not good right now, but any information would help. I have not been cat hunting sence I was 14 in Oregon. But this is about getting my boy out there.
