When you run 1 dog and bay up the yote do you have any problem with the yote putting a good ol fashion a$$ whooping on your dog? Seems like they kill stuff every day for a living and could put the boots to a dog. In my part of the country if you run 1 dog on lions and dont get to them real quick you just get to pack your collars home.

i have bayed up with 1 dog and he dont fight as hard as if he has help. he do's get a good a$$ kicking tho when he gets sick of waiting for another dog to get there. he dont give up tho thats the good thing.

If he is a good bay dog, one dog can do the job.

I almost rather run my one dog sometimes he can do it all and he'll never run trash alone plus never misses a check when hes alone .

Sometimes the situation calls for one dog, or one dog may get on his own. Gotta be confident that one dog is gonna hold the game if this happens. Nothing worse than a dog who gives up cause the coyote stopped.

my male dog will stay there fpr atleast an hour thats about the longest that i've seen then i or my dad gets there. he's never had to wait longer than that. the problem we have is people that put there dog in and it goes into the bay and fights my dog. not good i'd put it under a tree if it was mine. my young femail will fight till the end of her life after i get her in there. she should be a good hound after another year on the outside.
