Running The Little Dogs

Put nine mile's on the dog according to the garmin. Ticks were plentiful.

That looks like fun.. Might have to get me a couple of those little dogs. How does the race end? Do they catch it? Or do you just pull them off?

Never had them catch a unwounded one before, this year I WOUNDED one hare and the dogs caught it. I just enjoy listening to the chase. Funner and more challenging to shoot em with a camera :wink:.

I agree. Do you just tone them off when your done with the race?

I use a horn but yes I can call them off a hot run but prefer to wait until they hit a hard loss.
