I have 4 that Ive got to run bear and bobcats.I can tell you this because I went through it.If your gonna run big game get a cur from big game curs.Don't believe the hype that these curs will run anything.I have a cur from squirrel and coon dog stock. He has run bears but he loves to chase a squirrel also.My three other ones are from big game stock. If your looking for a cold nose cur do your bloodline homework. Most Curs run head up.I'm impartial to any breed,Kemmer stock mountain curs are diverse, you can find colder nose track driving fools to hot nose nasty on the wood for hrs type of cur.If your into original mtn curs look to the west.Utah,Cali,Oregon,Wyoming.If you run em with you hounds they run deep like a hound, very gamey. It's like culture shock running curs compaired to hounds. You'll have to train with a softer touch some curs won't ever trust you if you whip em like a hound. Just my opinion good luck in you search. If I can help pm me and I might be able to point you in the right direction.Wayne
