Sorry gents, been busy and haven't had a chance to post. Been happy with Pepper. Have been trying to teach him to run trash with the rest of my butt sniffers. He is settling in really well and so far I am pleased.
I have had him out on 4 training runs. First one we had to do some swimming lessons, I don't think he has ever seen water over toenail deep

, but after a short therapy session he isn't fazed. He has good speed, really like his voice and I can't wait to get him on a lion track.
I like to keep all females, and now that I have him I am reminded why. Lizzy came into heat which kicked Tequila into heat which tripped Half into heat. Let's just say Pepper is motivated and I might end up with a litter before I planned on it... son of a beach!!!
I may be selling some Pepper pups cheap to keep my wife from divorcing me.

Redneck,
Those are some good looking pups. About January they will be ready to start covering some ground for sure!
Not sure on a name for that male, maybe Grinder.

I truly cant wait till they can cover some ground , its going to be awesome and lots of fun . they have there work cut out for them mom and kids hunting together teaching tool. happy times cant wait to tree a coon and watch all that hard work come together .those two pups are very smart , its hard to believe that my B&T female could through some awesome looking pups like that and due to great genetics on jeffs part too .

Those pups sure look like they fit the bill... As far as a name i always liked those old timers and the handles they put on their dogs, like Joe, Clyde, Jack, Jake, Socks, etc... I like to keep em simple so I don't get mixed up when I'm cussin them!
Keep us posted on those pups and throw up some picks they ought to be up and runnin by now.
