Does anyone have some old trick to get collars from stinking. Had a couple pups roll in some thing dead a few months ago and the d**n things still smell just as bad.

I'd buy a new one or try putting them in hot soapy water. I'd use a scrub brush and try to get around the name plate and the buckle.

If you check the farm/feed supply they make a cleaning concentrate for washing down chicken pens/coupes. A 2 gallon bucket of hot water with a cap or two of this mixed in and a soak overnight will help a lot. Another trick us peroxide/water 50-50 solution. The peroxide will bubble like crazy and is supposed to help pull odors out. I know it has helped with skunk stink. Casey
