Except if you drop over the backside of farmington or bountiful you will be trespassing into private property. there is very little public land in morgan county.

you want a doog area free of private property monty cristo about you go like your going to causy resivor and dont turn to to there but stay on the main road ther will be a little cafe on the corner drive past that keep going you will drive through some private property along the main road there is a dirt road on top that will say red spur turn there dont worry about the private property signs they run sheep there so keep driving some ways .or you could go to randolf and come in the back side to the mountain long way other way is the short way i know my way around that mountain range very well been hunting with my parents there since before i could walk and im now 26 years old lots of deer and great terain to hunt in may get lucky and find a couple lions there luckily no wolves there ......happy hunting buddy
