Why can't more states be like Wyoming?! I didn't read it all, but skimmed through it and got the impression that they're keeping enough to keep the bunny huggers happy, and hunting all the rest. I know the problem is how fast they are reproducing, but as long as we keep huntin em the problem should stay down!

When do they get federally delisted??

Wyoming had this management plan all along it was the feds that wouldn't approve it like they did Idaho and Montana's trophy game staus only plans. We didn't give in and fought for it until they finally agreed. We have been having more and more livestock losses cause of wolves each year. Just this summer here around Kaycee we have had quite a few confirmed wolf kills. The feds have put in a lot of money to keep them on protected status here in Wyoming and now they are having to spend more for damage the wolves are doing. Guess it came down to "federal budget cuts" to make it happen. About time I say!!
