we cut a track on sat. morning, so we drop most of the hounds on it. well it must not have been to fresh because they had a tough time. as we were try to gather up hounds tmalone and myself noticed rooster was checking out. we got back in the truck and the chase was on. at the 1st road crossing we got hondo, wille & skinny( tmalones pups) in on it. at the next road crossing we got it bit, micky (reds hounds) along with lea & max(mikes hounds). it didn`t take long for them to bay it up. here`s a pic of the group, hounds and yote.

Had a good run in Lowville. Plenty of oppurtunities to take the yote, but had pups on the chase.

Doesnt surprise me about Rodney , he is one tough son of a gun. One of the most knowlegable houndsmen I ever met. I bought a beagle/redtick cross from him years ago.Was a great cold nosed start dog. Used him on coyote, cat, and bear. Just a really nice dog all around.Rodney sold him to me for price of a puppy when I needed a start dog.I'll never forget listening to Tiny's huge voice coming from such a small dog.

I took alot of his breeding knowledge and put it into my dogs. I loved his use of a crossed up dog.
