slow starter

got 10 month plott gyp been out prob 30 times she stays with old dog and makes every tree but has yet to open on trail or tree. she appears to be workin track but don't open on it. when i get to tree she just standin there waggin tail. i leash her and find coon and lead them away i'm hopin when she starts treeing, if she ever does, she really be locating and be very accurate. what u guys think? hope she's not just a cull still yound and bred right.
