WSHC banquet flyer March 24th

Washington State Hound Council
Water Race & Award Banquet
Hosted by Olympic Tree Hound Association
Water Races on Saturday, March 24th and Sunday, the 25th at Jones’ Pond in Matlock.
Banquet to follow Saturdays events at the Matlock Grange Hall.
Banquet events:
Dinner
Hound Council meeting
2011 Trophy presentation
Raffle; tickets $2 each, $1 for kids raffle. 1 ticket with admission.
Drawing for Garmin system; all dues paying members in 2011 entered.
Donations from:
Double U Graphics
Hound Town Kennels
Among many others
Admission: 13 and up, $10. 12 and under $5
Food to include:
Chuck Girtz famous fried fish
Moose chili
BBQ rabbit
Elk enchiladas
Chicken enchiladas
Baked potatoes with fixings
Variety of salads

Yes it is, ages 13 and up 10$, 12 and under 5$

Thank you, I will see if the warden will let me out long enough to attend. With any luck I will get her to come along.

Directions (from I-5):
1. Take exit 104 to merge onto US-101 N - 19.7 mi
2. Take the exit toward Matlock - 0.3 mi
3. Turn left at W Railroad Ave - 292 ft
4. Continue onto W Shelton Matlock Rd - 15.2 mi
5. Turn right at W Beeville Rd - 2.3 mi
6. Turn left at W Beeville Loop Rd - 1.7 mi

What time is the deadline to be signed up to enter races on sat.

Entries for bear race close at 9am with race starting at 10am. Water race an treeing contest entries are taken anytime before those contests start, its easier on us who do the paperwork if you enter early in the day for all the contests tho, hope to see you there

any idea what order the event will go in? i was planing to be there sunday, do you know if it will be bear,tree,water? or ???
