BigGameHunter, do you have a kill tag, if so what unit, or just pursuit. What kind of dogs do you run?
Nope

i was kinda pumped for i lil while , with all the warm weather, but now its snowing here, and freezing up again.

Do the bears know?

I think the bears know that spring is coming on. Even though it snowed at sea level here yesterday morning, and was frosty as all get out this morning - each time we get a sunny day I get a call from someone saying they saw a bear in the road.
I think the bears are getting restless, just like we are.

Biggamehunter, sorry it took so long to get back to you. I hunt in central UT. and San Juan. We have a spring and Fall, San Juan tag, with the price of fuel we will make only one trip down there and stay a couple weeks. I have not seen any bear tracks out yet, have you seen any tracks yet?

There's at least one early riser in Utah. Least that's what a little bird told me.
But hey, you just never know if those little birds are telling the truth or not.

hope

Well lets hope that little birdie is telling the truth! No tracks for me yet but it is supposed to warm up the end of this week so we will give it a shot on Saturday!
